What you share with us
- Drafts you paste into the rewrite tool.
- Rewrites you produce during profile training and add-training exercises.
- Edits you make to rewrite outputs.
- Writing samples you upload to train a voice profile.
What we store
- Account information (email and optional name).
- Voice profiles (name, context, creation date).
- Training data pairs and source type metadata.
- Derived style patterns used for personalization.
- Rewrite history with prompt version and token counts.
How your data is used
Your training data and style patterns are used only to improve rewrites for your own account.
We do not use your text to train shared models for other users.
Third parties we rely on
- OpenAI for rewrite processing.
- Neon for managed Postgres hosting.
- Resend for magic-link email delivery.
- Vercel for hosting and web analytics.
Deleting your data
- Delete individual training entries.
- Wipe all training data for a profile.
- Delete a profile and its related training/style data.
- Delete your entire account and all associated data.
Security
- Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
- Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies.
- Database access is restricted and key-protected.
